Since the beginnings, Krzysztof Grzybowski has been totally focused on building business validated R&D and Innovation management advisory.
Krzysztof has done dozens of management consulting projects oriented on market strategy, innovation management and business optimization such as:
- Innovation strategy and startup M&A advisory basing on its own technology due diligence practice within the area of chemical, power, oil&gas, cosmetic and food sectors (Total, Reckitt Benckiser, Rusnano, Lonza, etc…)
- Management consulting for various companies ( Saudi Aramco, Royal Dutch Shell)
- Restructuring of power and oil& gas companies (Tauron, Enea)
- Commercial Due Diligence of chemical companies and groups
(ZAT, ZAK – part of Azoty Group) - Krzysztof has many years experience in market reserach and analysis – he has lead the market and technology research teams at Frost & Sullivan as Central and Eastern Europe Manager for global scale assignments.
Krzysztof has phd in chemical and proces engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and had won postdoc grant at private Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan
- He has many years technology and market research experience gain at consulting and business companies (Ciech, Ciech R&D)
- As Head of Strategy and further Head of R&D of Ciech Group he had developed Group strategy 2014-2019 and had prepared implementation R&D programs toward it..
- He has worked for such clients as Saudi Aramco, Royal Dutch Shell, Reckitt Benckiser, Lonza, ABB, Total, Rusnano, Standard Chartered Bank, GM, Adamed, Enea, Tauron, Pekabex, and others…
- He holds certificates for project management (Agile), Lean Management and Scrum Product Owner
- Krzysztof is an expert reviewer of NCBR and deputy chairman of NCBR Commission of Commercialized Project. He is also a member of Polish Scientific and Technical Exploitation Society
